At ATMAT we produce dedicated and individually tailored machines for fatigue and bursting tests. They also operate in the high-pressure range (up to 2200 bar) and devices enabling to perform fatigue tests consisting of cyclic pressure increase, maintenance, and decrease (high-pressure pulsation tests).

Our testing equipment, which tests the resistance of components to fluids and gases, considers the needs of customers and the specifics of their industry. To ensure ergonomics and safety at work, we also make dedicated devices for fastening details, designed by ATMAT specialists taking into account the requirements of a specific project.
Pressure testing machines can be equipped with a transparent, automatically raised and lowered the lid and an additional working pressure display inside the chamber. These elements facilitate constant observation of changing test factors. Ease of operation is guaranteed by the HMI operator panel, equipped with a clear, intuitive graphic layout and programming options, while efficient data analysis in statistical programs is possible thanks to the possibility of exporting the test information directly to an external data carrier or network location.
To ensure the safety of the equipment operators and visitors to the machine hall, our pressure testing machines can be equipped with an extensive safety system that includes:
- locking of the access cover to the working chamber during operation,
- a clamping system to protect operators' fingers,
- preliminary leakage test,
- overload control,
- ventilation of the working chamber,
- filtration and decontamination of the test medium,
- safety features to protect hazardous components.
